You can request a copy of personal data associated with your Urologics account. Where applicable, we will provide the data in a structured, commonly used electronic format.
- Account and profile details linked to your Urologics account.
- Learning progress, quiz attempts, mock attempts, bookmarks, and viva attempt metadata where available.
- Device notification records linked to your account where retained.
- Support or request information you have sent to us where retained.
How to Make a Request
Email us from the address linked to your Urologics account and tell us what you need: access, correction, deletion, download my data, restriction, objection, or another privacy request. If you cannot email from the account address, we may ask for additional verification before disclosing or changing data.
